Not sure where to go for a tropical vacation, consider St. Lucia! Long considered as one of the most popular honeymoon destination, St. Lucia is best known for the Pitons, the two volcanic cones that rise high above the island. The scenery is breath-taking with the lush, green and tropical vegetation that covers the mountainous island. The island contains a nice mixture of green forests, high mountains, golden-sand beaches and low lands. The size of the island is fairly small being about 27 miles in length and nearly 14 miles wide. The French influence is still apparent today in the spicy Creole food.
